The CharroCoils coil range was born from the desire to bring the best quality to every vaping style, allowing you to fully enjoy the experience of vaping your favorite e-liquids. CharroCoils' philosophy is to offer high-performance coils, prioritizing unbeatable flavor.
CharroCoils coils focus on providing an instant draw. To achieve this, we use the ideal materials for each model, balancing the coil mass to ensure that the battery is never stressed while vaping.
All our coils are handcrafted in Spain using a selection of materials: Nichrome 80 and surgical-grade 316L stainless steel from the prestigious brand KIDNEY PUNCHER. In the 90s range, we use Nichrome 90 from another great American brand, Lightning Vapes.
This model has been on the market for some time, but now... it comes with two coils. This is a fused Clapton coil made with very fine and delicate wires, making it perfect for all types of MTL or restricted draw atomizers. It comes with 7 wraps, but can be used with one less wrap if you want more vapor production and a faster draw. Pack of 2 units.

Installation Tips:
When you unpack a CharroCoils coil, place it on a guide of the indicated diameter. Insert the coil's legs into the designated slots in the atomizer deck (always one leg on the positive terminal and the other on the negative terminal) and cut off any excess wire. Once the leg length is adjusted, replace the coil and tighten the screws that secure it to the deck. Once installed, make sure the coil does not touch any of the terminals, except for its legs.
Once the coils are installed, we'll proceed to stabilize them. This process must be carried out on an electronic device, never on a mechanical mod. To begin stabilizing the coils, select a low output voltage on the electronic device, around 1.8V. Gradually apply short pulses until you see the coil heating up. Without ever letting the coil become completely incandescent, you'll notice a series of hot spots that glow brighter than the rest of the coil. To eliminate these hot spots and properly stabilize the coil, gently and slowly squeeze the coil windings with ceramic tweezers until they are completely gone. Once there are no more hot spots and the coil glows evenly from the center outwards, you're ready to start using it; all that's left is to add the cotton, your favorite e-liquid, and you're good to go.
Cleaning:
When we see that the coil is dirty or that the cotton has lost some of its properties, we will remove the cotton. Once done, we will repeat the coil stabilization process, but much more gently, never heating them to red-hot. We will heat them gently and before they become incandescent, we will submerge them in a glass of water to temper them and allow pyrolysis to clean the coil. We will repeat this process two or three times for each cleaning, until they are perfectly clean and we can replace the cotton and continue vaping.
The lifespan of CharroCoils coils will depend on proper maintenance and the aggressiveness of the e-liquids used.

The CharroCoils system offers a wide range of vaping possibilities. All CharroCoils coils work perfectly in both electronic and mechanical mods.
Electronic mods: Always be vigilant for any leaks of e-liquid into the electronics, keep the mod clean, and always use high-capacity batteries in good condition (Sony VTC6).
Mechanical mods: This is where safety is paramount. It is essential that the mod is always clean, undamaged, and with all its components correctly assembled.
